Beginning on Sunday, September 11:
Sivananda Yoga with Krishnapriya will be offered from 9:30-11:00pm.
This class includes a series of postures and breathing exercises designed to help the student bring their body and mind into unison. Elements of the class include relaxation, rejuvenating breathing exercises, and physical postures that help to increase flexibility and strength, and promote well-being. All levels welcome.
To ensure space for every-body class size is limited to 6 people. Please call or text 732-948-6838 at least one hour before class to reserve a spot.
