What better way to start the summer days than sun salutations? Rise and shine with a vinyasa practice that strengthens and lengthens through a flow of poses designed to align and prepare for a long rejuvenating savasana (relaxation). Begin your Fridays with your best, brightest most radiant self. All levels welcome.

Meet Jill... In addition to teaching yoga, Jill is a writer, artist and adjunct professor of Women’s and Gender Studies. She was first drawn to vinyasa yoga for healing and rehabilitation after injuries from a college soccer career. Through yoga and meditation, Jill found a post-surgery rehabilitation regimen and much needed peace of mind. She also discovered a new passion and lifelong practice for wellness, health, inner peace and strength that has since carried her through the bumps and bruises of an action packed life. Due in part to an academic background, a master’s in clinical social work from Penn, Jill is interested in prescriptive yoga; use of asana, pranayama and meditation for stress management, balance and well being. She especially enjoys tailoring classes to the needs of her students; whether you seek an athletic practice for cross training, a meditation focused practice, or pose modifications for varying abilities, Jill guides students in finding their authentic self through yoga.
